Diversification of Livelihoods in the Coastal Zone![]() ReCoMaP Result Area 1
ReCoMaP supports livelihood diversification primarily through the programme’s Call for Proposals for non-state actors. However, this mechanism is not universally suitable and direct support to government initiatives is sometimes necessary. This is particularly the case when it comes to policy and strategy development related to livelihood diversification. In these cases ReCoMaP provides direct support through technical assistance to the relevant organisation.
This webpage presents some of our major contributions to policy and strategy development as well as links to the livelihood projects we have funded under our Call for Proposals.
